Consumers can apply to the Energy Conciliation Body for an arbitration procedure to settle disputes. The prerequisite for this is that the supplier has been called beforehand and no mutually satisfactory solution has been found within 4 weeks. The supplier is obliged to participate in the conciliation procedure.
